I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with super clean rooms and facilities. The hotel had great amenities, including a Bluetooth speaker in the room for enjoyable music listening. The location was ideal, close to many attractions and easy access to transportation.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

Convenient location, near metro and Gyeongbokgung Palace. Clean and spacious rooms with accurate description. Helpful and kind staff. Affordable price for quality.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the cultural sights, as we could easily walk to many museums and temples. The staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including a comfy bed and good heating/air conditioning. The hotel had great amenities, including a cozy lounge, a restaurant with delicious food, and a laundry service that came in handy.

We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

During my recent stay at Nine Tree Premier Hotel Insadong, I had a great experience. The location is very central, with a park and temple within walking distance. The hotel is also close to malls and transportation, making it convenient for exploring the city. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, with water fill stations available. The staff were friendly and spoke better English than I expected. The room size was suitable for two people, and there was water provided outside the room. I had a good stay and would recommend this hotel.

There were a couple of drawbacks. the room temperature was too hot and the air conditioning only ran during certain hours, uncomfortable to sleep.

Convenient location with easy access to subway lines, historical sites, museums, shops, and restaurants. Comfortable beds, well-stocked shower, and nice view of the historic neighborhood. Useful amenities such as a fridge, kettle, and charging cables in the room. 12-hour locker service and 24-hour convenience store in the attached mall.

Felt safe walking at night, no complaints.

The central location of the hotel was a major plus, with key attractions and a beautiful park within walking distance. It was also convenient to have water stations available outside the rooms. the staff surprised me with their good English skills, making communication easier and more enjoyable.

The lack of assistance available in the laundry area. It would have been helpful to have a phone to call for help instead of having to go all the way down to reception.

Convenient location, direct access to Insadong street, unique shops and restaurants, beautiful view of Jogyesa Temple, walking distance to Gyeongbokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanok village. Accommodating staff, clean towels and room.

Not one thing.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better - it's right in the heart of the city with plenty of good restaurants and attractions nearby. Plus, it's conveniently located near multiple metro lines, making it easy to explore. The rooms are clean and spacious, offering great views of the city. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. the hotel provides Bluetooth speakers in the rooms, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience.

One downside is that check-in can be a bit time-consuming, taking away from the initial impression of the hotel.
